First thing in the morning you start off with a saltwater mixture to flush out your system. Then spread the ingredients over 6-10 ounce glasses of lemonade, which you drink throughout the day. Some people even say to increase the amounts to do 11 to 12 glasses a day to get the calories up to 1200 calories for the day.  Also drink water in between the lemonade to make sure you do not get dehydrated.
